ASSOCIATE PROGRAM
Our associate program is your masters training program to excel behind the chair! During your time in the program you will learn how to provide a premium client experience by working HANDS-ON with one of our incredible educators. This one-to-one coaching and mentoring program will provide you with an incredible advantage when starting your career. Associates have access to world-class technical classes and business coaching. In addition to the one-to-one coaching, associates also have weekly opportunity days to work on their own clientele and practice their skills.

Bliss Hair Studio is a Redken 5th Avenue Black Level Elite Salon and a Summit Salon Business Certified Salon located in Shorewood, IL & Plainfield, IL, proudly serving Will, Kendall and Grundy Counties. As leaders in the professional hair industry, our owners are graduates of the prestigious Redken Exchange in New York City and the Summit Salon Business Center, bringing top-tier education and business expertise to our salon.

INTERN VS ASSOCIATE STYLIST TRAINING PROGRAM
- Must be in school & at 750 hours
- Hands on Learning with a Stylist Mentor
- Earn hours toward your required 1500 for cosmetology school
- Flexibility available with scheduling
- Must be completed with school to start
- Hands on Learning with Educator
- Paid position
- Availability for 4 - 5 days/nights/weekends a week required
