Changing Stylists
Please feel free to change stylists within the salon at your convenience. This provides you with a variety of talent and some flexibility in booking appointments. We suggest this so you are always assured of knowledgeable, personalized service regardless of emergencies, vacations, illnesses or unexpected travel plans.
Cancellations
Online Booking Cancellation Policy. A credit card on file is required to make any appointments online. Any appointment booked online that no shows is charged 50% of their service automatically.
Hair extension & color correction services require a credit card on file to book. Any appointment booked that no shows or cancels with less than 24 hour notice is charged 50% of their service
For All Appointments Booked In Salon & Online. After 3 cancellations without 24 hours notice, you will be charged for 50% of the scheduled services and a credit card will be required to make future appointments.
Our Promise
It is our mission to exceed your expectations, so if you are not satisfied within fourteen days of receiving your services we will see that they are corrected for you.
Don't feel like talking?
Please don't hesitate to ask for a silent appointment if you're anxious, tired, mentally drained, etc. and just want to avoid conversation and have some quiet time. Whatever the reason, you are always welcome to utilize this option.
We offer silent appointments upon request. The stylist will have a consultation with you at the beginning of the appointment to make sure your beauty needs are met, and then you can relax without the small talk.
Just put a note on your online appointment or let us know when you check in at the front desk and we can accommodate your request.
