How to Book Your First Appointment

Before Your Visit
A little preparation can help us make the most of your appointment.
Come with clean, dry hair. Unless your stylist tells you otherwise, we recommend arriving with your hair clean, dry and free from heavy product buildup.
Bring your inspiration photos! Save a few photos of colors, cuts or styles you love. Inspiration photos are one of the best ways to help your stylist understand the overall look and feel you’re hoping to achieve.
Know your hair history. Be ready to share any previous color, lightener, treatments or at-home color you’ve used — even if it was a while ago! Your hair history helps your stylist determine the safest and best approach for your hair.
And most importantly, come as you are! You don’t need to have everything figured out before you arrive.
What to Expect Once You’re in the Chair
Every great hair appointment starts with a great consultation.
Your stylist will take time to talk with you about your hair, your goals and what you’re hoping to achieve. We’ll discuss what’s possible, recommended maintenance and create a plan that works for your hair, lifestyle and budget.
This is also your time to ask questions! We want you to feel completely comfortable and confident in the plan before we get started.
